NCIA was formed in 1992 by a group of entrepreneurs led by its Chairman/Founder Mr. Paul K. Chuatica. Paul's vision was to build a company that would provide clients a strong advocate voice in the insurance market, appropriately coining the company motto "Promises Kept Consistently!"

NCIA focused its efforts successfully on non-life insurance products and services, particularly Property and Casualty, and eventually offered group and individual insurance products. In early 2000, the company successfully expanded its products and services by offering Employee Benefits.

From a humble 2-man team, the company has now established itself as a force in the insurance industry, highly respected among the top insurance principals and servicing a client list that belongs to the top companies and business leaders of the Philippines. It has remained true to its founder's vision of providing "Total Customer Satisfaction At All Times".

We are experts in managing and administering varied and complex employee benefits designs and programs like Group HMO, Medical, Accident and Life Insurance.
